ClozeFox Update: Best Use Case Award by Mozilla

16 Mar

Our ClozeFox extension became one of the three winners in the Mozilla Design Challenge for E-learning. ClozeFox was selected as the “best use case”.

It was a pretty intensive event with lots of seminars and hands-on coding, debugging, reviewing and keeping on cranking and I consider myself lucky to have met so many wonderful people.

We even had the chance of doing “paperwork” for Mozilla so I guess I deserve what Gunner said to the security people at the entrance of the bar where the Mozilla party was held: “Let ’em go, they are Mozilla guys.”

Even though sometimes it was not easy to find and squash bugs:

Who said hacking JavaScript goes without problems?

We kept on collaborating and helping each other (supported by experts from Mozilla community, too):

And we never lacked the necessary fuel: coffee, lots of coffee all the time:

It was a great experience to get a ride inside the Open Source Mozilla Firefox automobile:

Last but not the least, I want to take this opportunity to thank Prof. Dr. Jozef Colpaert, the other member of the ClozeFox team. Without his ideas, brainstorming sessions and supervision, it would not be possible to reach this point.
